Tucked near the corner of a street several steps away from a small, serene park in Ikebukuro is a cozy maid cafe inspired by the Victorian tea lifestyle. We enjoyed a rejuvenating afternoon at Wonder Parlour, admiring the elegant interior as we sipped cupfuls of freshly-brewed tea.
